Husker Diesel Performance – Return Policy

Because Husker Diesel Performance has a promise for 100% customer satisfaction, we do offer a very generous return policy. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the items that you purchased, they can be retuned within 30 (thirty) days of the original date or purchase.

Depending on the product, we may offer a refund, store credit, exchange or replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be no refunds of any type on ANY electronic device. Electronic devices will be retuned for in-store credit, or exchange. Electronic devices include, but are not limited to: performance chips, tuners, programmers, software, gauges, monitors, ect. There will be no refunds given on parts that are not in resalable condition. There will be no refunds given for parts damaged during installation. There will be no refunds given on parts damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or carelessness. The condition of all parts will be determined by the Husker Diesel RMA department. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when shipping products back to Husker Diesel, or directly to the original manufacturer. Please allow up to 10 days to process your cash/credit card/PayPal refund.

If you are having a problem with a new product under warranty, Husker Diesel will gladly assist in getting you a replacement unit, or have your part repaired. If a replacement unit is sent out, Husker Diesel will need to hold a deposit until the defective unit is returned and evaluated. We will make every effort possible for warranty service to be free of charge, including shipping.

All returned merchandise is subject to evaluation before credits or exchanges will be made.
